TERMS AND CONDITONS

The following outlines the terms and conditions for rescheduling a booked 1:1 Mentoring Session. By committing to the 1:1 Mentoring Session purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the policies outlined herein.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Limits

The "cancel" function on your calendar booking is a third-party function and not applicable according to this policy. Canceling or rescheduling via the calendar will not be accepted without prior communication from the client.

Rescheduling

1. Preparation: 
   Clients are encouraged to delay booking sessions if there exists uncertainty regarding attendance to avoid potential conflicts. Upon booking a session, clients are required to complete the onboarding form provided by The Wedding Theories within 5 working days from the date of booking. This form ensures that both parties are adequately prepared for the mentoring session.

2. Rescheduling Time Frame:
   Clients are required to notify The Wedding Theories in writing via emails of any desired changes to appointment times at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled session. Requests made beyond this timeframe may result in The Wedding Theories being unable to accommodate the requested change or may lead to forfeiture of payment due to scheduling constraints.

3. Rescheduling Limits: 
   Clients are permitted to reschedule their session up to two times only. Any changes to your appointment after the two rescheduling means you will forfeit your session. Additionally, any rescheduled session must occur within 30 days of the original booking date. This ensures timely completion of the mentoring session while accommodating necessary adjustments to the appointment schedule.

4. Procedure for Rescheduling: 
   Clients may initiate the rescheduling process by contacting The Wedding Theories via email at hello@theweddingtheories.com.au. Clients seeking alterations to their session arrangements are encouraged to communicate such requests as soon as possible or within the designated Rescheduling Window to facilitate discussions regarding rescheduling or modifications to the booking.

5. Rescheduling Fees: 
   Clients are advised that rescheduling may incur nominal fees, contingent upon the timing of the request. Such fees will be invoiced and be paid prior to commencing the session.

6. Force Majeure: 
   In instances of circumstances beyond The Wedding Theories' control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental regulations, infrastructure collapse, illness or emergencies, rescheduling may be necessitated without liability from The Wedding Theories. Reasonable efforts will be made to promptly inform affected clients and seek mutually agreeable solutions.

7. Communication: 
   Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and currency of their contact information to facilitate effective communication. The Wedding Theories bears no liability for issues arising from outdated or erroneous contact details provided by clients.

8. Acceptance of Terms: 
   By opting to reschedule a booked 1:1 Mentoring Session, clients affirm that they have comprehensively reviewed, understood, and consented to these terms and conditions.

No Cancellation Policy

Clients are appreciated for their booking of a 1:1 Mentoring Session with The Wedding Theories. Please note the following policy regarding cancellations:

1. No Cancellation: 
   Upon confirmation of a session, it is considered final, and cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

2. Commitment: 
   Clients are reminded that their booking constitutes a commitment, both on their part and that of The Wedding Theories. Therefore, it is advisable to thoroughly review personal calendars and commitments before finalizing appointments.

3. Exceptions: 
   While the policy strictly prohibits cancellations, exceptions may be granted under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of The Wedding Theories. Clients encountering unforeseen emergencies are urged to promptly notify The Wedding Theories.

4. Refund Policy: 
   In adherence to the no cancellation policy, refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or last-minute changes. 

5. Communication: 
   Despite unavoidable circumstances, clients are encouraged to communicate any impediments preventing attendance to The Wedding Theories.

The Wedding Theories reserves the right to revise or update these terms and conditions at their discretion without prior notice. Clients are advised to consult The Wedding Theories' website or direct contact for the latest information on the No Cancellation and Rescheduling policies.
